    What happens if we end the partnership and my clients want to stay with your team?

    Your clients belong to you. Partnership agreements include client protection language so the relationship you built stays with you. If a client reaches out to us directly after a partnership winds down, we handle it in line with the terms you signed, not freelance.

    How do you handle after-hours incidents?

    Incident response coverage scales with the track you enroll in. Managed security and threat operations engagements include defined response windows documented in the statement of work, with clear escalation paths and a senior operator on the call. We size the coverage model to the client, not the other way around.

    What if my client asks about your certifications directly?

    Under white-label, your client interacts with your brand. If they ask pointed questions about staff credentials, we provide summary information routed through your team. If you prefer co-branded delivery, we can be named on the engagement from the start. The model is your call, per client if you want.

    How is pricing structured?

    Wholesale invoice to you on a cadence defined in the partner agreement. You set client-facing pricing. Service margins are negotiated per engagement type and typically leave meaningful room for MSP markup. Platform licensing is flat per tenant.

    Do we have to commit to a minimum number of clients?

    Referral has no minimum. White-label and platform tracks have commercial terms scaled to the delivery capacity we reserve for you. We walk through the specifics on the first call so you see exactly what you are signing up for.

    Can we start small and expand?

    Yes, and that is the path most partners take. Start with one or two pilot clients to validate the motion inside your sales process, then roll security into standard renewal conversations as you build confidence in the model.
